Still At It!!!

Yes! I am still at it.  I had some set backs, but I will not stop until I have achieved my goal.  I am hoovering around 270lbs from 305lbs and slow making progress again.  However, I don’t have the time to hit the gym like I want.   But I am able to go to the gym three days a week instead of six days like I was originally doing.

You have a great ways or tips on eating on the go please let me know.  IMG_20151019_122116[1]
