What a Difference a Week Makes

I have let health go by the wayside during the pandemic and due to my grieving process. However, last week I realize it was time to get back on track and weighed-in at 289lbs, I knew enough was enough.

My first weigh-in.

Do you see that scale showing two-hundred-ninety pounds? That was the deciding factor to quickly make changes quickly so I don’t hit three-hundred pounds. Last week I have indicated I have purchased a treadmill and I believe it was one of the best investments I have made in my life. Just three days on the treadmill and changing what I been eating four five days, I have weighed in at two-hundred eighty point five pounds and I am elated by this revelation.

I don’t have to tell you I can feel the difference, however small, I still can feel the difference and cannot wait until I have dropped twenty pounds.
